SFMAA Taekwondo is based on both WTF and ITF Styles. The Chief Instructor has trained in both styles thereore we can offer a fusion of the best parts of both methods. The patterns and gradings are based on the WTF format.

SFMAA practices the best parts of this sport concentrating largely on the competing elements without the introduction of Kata. This fused with Taekwondo will help you develop a freestlye technique that is formidable, particularly when competition fighting against an opponent that has only studied singular traditional martial arts.
